Automatic rail drilling machine TFR 60 P

The TFR 60 P rail drilling machine is an automatic machine suitable to drill rails with twisted drill bits. It’s robustness and power allow to drill up to 40mm using bits with morse type shank. Accessories are available to use even small diameter bits on the same mandrel. The engine is the well know Honda 4-stroke GX160. The handling of the machine is easy because the several handles located on the front, side and rear position. The operational mode can be switched to manual or automatic based on the user needs via a dedicated lever on the rear side of the machine. The fine tuning of the drilling position is given by the mean of laser cut drilling masks especially designed according the rail profile. The perfect positioning of the bit is guaranteed even if the rail is worn. The drilling time range is based on which mode the rail drilling machine is running. If it’s pushed manually, the drilling time could be very low but the user has to be aware about the high consumption of the bits. In the case of automatic feed-in, the feed-in speed is mechanically driven so the drilling time is based on the web thickness.
