Short circuiting and continuity with increased clamp

This device is composed by 2 bronze clamps with screw tightening and hardened steel metal plate and an extra flexible copper cable coated with transparent silicon. It is used for doing a short circuit between two rails, signalling the presence of personnel along a specific area of the railway line.
