It is a railway equipment for loading, transporting and handling any type of rail. The base has four insulated wheels and, in one of these wheels, there is a simple and comfortable screw parking brake. On the side of the beam, longitudinally sliding, there is a turret with a loading device, that regulates the inclination by means of a screw. In the arm slides a hook to load the rails.
