The double track line gauge setting equipment BSM 50, manufactured in steel, is used for adjusting the track gauge of the rails, before fastening them to the base construction. It is composed of a bar with two heads placed on its extremities and a hand crank to widen or tighten the rails. Finally, it is supplied with one insultated jaw.
